What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty Period. This warranty covers metal parts of the purchased jewelry only.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts (except gemstones and diamonds) of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers metal parts of the purchased jewelry only.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage caused due to natural disasters.
• Loss of all gemstones, diamonds (lab grown or natural).
• Theft of the piece or theft of gemstones, diamonds.
• Damage resulting from misuse of the product.
• Loss of the product.
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
• Damaged prongs that need to be replaced.
• Cleaning and polishing services.
